Vulcanising
Vulcanizing is the process used in the manufacturing of tyres and is a specialised procedure that we have provided for 88 years.

The area in the tyre casing in need of repair is prepared, cleaned and treated with a curing compound. Uncured rubber is then cured into the tyre using a timed hear and pressure system. It enables us to repair a tyre where the conventional repair system cannot be used. This means we can often save a tyre that would normally be scrapped.
